请问 140 RFE Online Status Message 是什么样的？

EB2，NSC，去年8月上交，今天终于看到online status update，却是下面这种。打电话给律师，律师说还没收到信，要等看到信的内容才知道是什么决定。在这里往前查了查，说这样的message是拒绝。有过类似经历的前辈请指点，140 RFE Online Status Message 是什么样的？谢谢！
