Will I lost my F-1 status? XiaoBaiTu & others, pls H

I am file I-140 and I-485 concurrently. If I got my EAD before my I-140 approved and later my I-140 gets rejected, will I lost my F1 status? Assume I never used that EAD even though I receive it.
