XiaoBaiTu: Can you share some i485/AC21 related website/resource

My i485 notice date is over 180 days now (notice date Jan-18-07, USCIS PD backlog at Aug-23-06 but the backlog only inched one week since Jun 1).

Both my wife and myself are considering changing jobs in similar fields for better pay and shorter commute.

By reading older posts, we know there are certain risks associated with changing job when i485 is pending. So we wonder if you can please share some credible websites or resources so that we can assess the risk/reward before making a decision?

Any other thoughts or recommendations are also appreciated.
