Question for Medical examination

想赶在7/31之前concurrent file I140 and I485. 已经预约了7/25的medical examination.可是report要在8/13出来。律师建议让civil surgeon写一封sealed letter with indication of medical exam completion date and lab report available date. -- 请问，这样就可以concurrently file I140 and I485了吗？谢谢
