My hu*****and filed 485 with EAD as dependent. He is currently H1. After he gets EAD, he wants to change job using EAD. I am H1 and I am not planning to changes job. I have two questions. If both of our 485 get denied, what is our status, I think mine is still H1, how about his, how can he remain in the US (without leaving US) legally. If mine gets approved but his get denied, what is his status and how can he remain in the US (without leaving US) legally. Thank you very much in advance.
