DO I NEED TO CANCEL THE H1B EXTENSION?

My and my family I-485 approve notices were sent this morning and I got the email from USCIS.
But last Wen, I submitted my h-1b/h4 9family) extension to USCIS. So do you think I need to cancel the H-1b/h4(my family) extensions or just let them go? The fee for extension is $390($200-h1+190-h4-family). If need to cancel, How to do? Lots of thanks.
