我有作为主申请人已交了NIW 140， 我和我LG的485 也交了，我LG准备交一份EB 1，在140表上一项问：Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? , 我LG 随我交的485算吗？
- yes, because he filed I-485.

还是只包括140 petition?
- if you file I-140, and he does not file I-485 on you. His answer is "no" on his I-140.

我的理解是应该选NO， 但不是很确定，请大侠给指点一下，多谢了！！
