我在MA， 30号都归TSC. 但如果根据下面uscis的话: "USCIS will accept Forms I-129F, I-131, I-140, I-360, I-485, I-765 and I-907 filed with the new “Direct Filing” location in advance of the July 30, 2007 effective date, that are otherwise properly filed." 我是不是现在就可以concurrent file 140, 485,765,131到TSC了呢？ 只要其它的都对(that are otherwise properly filed)。

另外我还是pay old fee if I send out before 30th, for example 27 on Friday? 对吧？

USCIS网上也给了concurrent file 140/485的address effective on July 30：(贴子最后）。那我这周concurrent fiel 140 and 485 with old fee 送到TSC可以吗？
