help: I-485 toTSC or Nebraska?

Dear Friends,

My I140 was submmit and approved in TSC in March last year. Can I send I-485 to TSC now? if not, is it worthy of waiting till 01/08 to send I485 to TSC? or should I send I485 to nebraska right now?

Thanks a lot for any suggestions!
