请问G-325A 用中文写名字

我用Adobe Reader 8.1版，这个中文名怎莫都填不上。中文输入我用的是微软拼音。光标在那里的时候输入的中文能看到，一拿开光标字马上就消失了，试着打印了一下也是什莫都没有。那位有经验，怎样解决的？多谢了！
