Form 765 question

Filing 140, 765 and 485 concurrently. Item 11 in form 765 requres attachining all documentation. What do these documents mean? I already attached all documments for 485. This means that I need to separately attach some old applicaiton materials for the old EAD. Thanks in advance for your help.
