请问xiaobaitu关于I-485 的邮寄地址问题

请问是不是I-485都寄往Nebaraska service center before August 17th? I asked my lawyer about this issue, and he said he would send it to TX service center, and he is correct. I worried about if USCIS send it back, I would have no time to file I-485 again before Aug. 17th. My I-140 was sent to TX service center. 非常感激您的帮助!
