急需指教，请大师们帮忙：

1，传统EB3，recruitment已经结束，recruitment report也已经递上去了。请问大概需要多长时间才能拿到Labor certificate？这个过程有没有可能加快？比如打电话催促或者多交一些费用？

2，如果想要同时递交I-140和485，是需要在7/30以前，还是在8/17以前？
