小弟7月2号USPS express mail寄出485，3号CIS门房就收到，拖到

前两天才收到那张绿色小卡片回执（指的是递送成功的回执）怎么回执需要那么长时间？是不是CIS3号收到485package后也拿不定主意，在观望DOS态度，等到13号DOS态度明朗（VB是13号就定了，只不过16号才发布），才不回执发出，那样算来，我收到的时间还是很吻合的。

另外，我的支票还没有被cashed，大家3号递上的485有没有支票被cashed？甚至有没有受到receipt notice?
