You can use international express usually 5-7 days to get to China, let your friends get your Hukou, your copy of chinese ID (Shen Fenzheng), then if birth certificate is done, you can let your friends scan and send to you first for filing and mail later. maybe need your Wei Tuo Shu, just writing a letter mentioning you ask someone to help for you on this (In Chinese), You still have time, you can call someone in China to ask what documents notary need when you take photo and copy of your passport here, in case difference.
