我能file 485吗

因为人在国内，2月份140批下来后要求了consulate processing.带上了在美国的LP.7月份这么一闹，大家都进去了，我估计我的排期得等到猴年了。好在LP的140也批了，急匆匆跑回来，打算跟着LP file 485，赶上这拨咸带鱼。 各位大侠，我这种情况能file 485吗？不胜感激赐教咯！
