有必要file第二个485吗？

LD的485 pending了9个月，140批了，正准备file EAD和AP.
我的140file了还没批，485单位不出钱，加上律师费不是小钱，犹豫是否file。即使file，也要等非常之久才会审理，到时LD的GC可能早下来了。不交呢，又怕错过机会。大家帮我分析一下，交第二个485有没有意义呢？有人说等到处理第二个485时要和第一个LINK。是这样吗？
