请问各位各手,140和485的递交中心有什么必需或因果关系吗?

因为我现在不知道该看哪个中心的485进程,只知道140是交到了TSC,还是追着律师问了一个多星期才问出来的,现在律师索性不接偶电话了...　：（　请各位前辈赐教，谢ING!!~
