Advance Parole During 485

I need to bring my little daughter back to States, but I heard that Advance Parole can only be used for EMERGENCY OR BUSINESS PURPOSE. is that ture or not?

1. will the usage of AP affect my GreenCard?

2. If i can apply for AP, What reason should I put for the purpose?
