Pjiang and all friends: help please...

Dear All,

I am planning for sending out EB1B (140+485) end of this month, but lawyer cannot do it, then I have to DIY. Please help with the questions:

1. For Eb1B, can I be self-pertitioner? make sense?

2. I have some Chinese citations (50)? how would I present them?

3.After 07/30, my state (AL) will ship materials to Texas, is it possible to do in this way? ship out on 29 or 30/07?
