给CUSTOME SERVICE 打电话,6o nei书面通知是什么?

今天打电话, 一个女的很耐心听了我的情况后,记下了名字,出生日期, 和地址,还给了一个reference number, 说是在60天内收不到书面通知,再给他们去电话. 我不知道这个书面通知是什么?是custome service 给一个记录,还是会给一结果. 大家遇到类似情况吗?
