敢问各位大侠如果获得AP并且使用,是否还能保持H1 身份？Thanks a bunch

LP filed I-485 on her behalf, we are planning to go back to China when we have the AP, question is if I use AP, Could I still keep my H1 status for next year renew? or my H1 will no longer valid if I use AP going back to China. Thanks a bunch for any help
