no, it would be too late and not useful at all.

even if you port pd based on these 2 approved 140, your latest underlying 140 is still niw. the only thing ported is your pd.
I do not like to submit two 485s, i read through the 485 operation manual, it seems to me that 2nd filing is doable, but it is possible for VO to kick the 485s back to local.
you can always submit another 485 based on labor 140 if anything goes wrong with your niw 485.
as a matter of fact, you can file the labor based 485 now and put the previous "A" number on the new 485 application, so you wouldn't have a local interview.
