h1 transfer 疑问，非常感谢！

h1b, 找了新工作，新公司同意transfer，h1b，
这个程序需要现在的公司经手吗?需要现在的公司出手续吗， 也就是需要在新公司的h1b， transfer 后，停止现在的status吗？
不到辞职的那天，不想让现在的公司知道。
