温哥华签证Help!!!!Urgent!

Has any one recently go to vancouver get H1B visa? I made appointment for next month, but the letter said after 1/2004, they will not give back visa the same day. It require 3 working days! If any one went recently, please share your information. Thanks a lot!!!
