USCIS processing I-485 will totally based on the filing date, not PD. Only when they finished all the proseccing and go to the final step, allocate visa number and approve, they will look at PD, if you are current at that time, they approve your case, if not, they just hold your case. Since you filed your case on July 2nd, you will be in the same group of the cases before Aug. 17. so your case will processed at the latest time.
