My Lawers are fighting now. who knows the right answer?

my TN will be expired in August, and currently I want to file I-485 with my hu*****and. but...
1st lawyer said, I can't renew my TN now, because it conflict to 485. so he asked me to change to H4. and quit the job, waiting for EAD.

2nd lawyer said, I can renew my TN now, and file my 485 after TN renewed. maybe can let my hu*****and file his 485 first. then I will wait a few month later to file my 485. that will be safe.

who is right? thanks!
