请教小白兔豁免及犯罪问题

以前看到小白兔谈到豁免及犯罪问题，据act212， 只要判刑在六个月以下，是admmisionble,我好像听律师讲家庭暴力是" 0 torlence", means even diversion is not good.想问一下白兔，你有什么看法？如果真是0 容忍度，这种情况可否以孩子和配偶在美国生活有困难而豁免。谢谢
