我的485和140 算不算同时申请(concurren)？

My 140 was filed in Aug. 2003 and my 485 was filed in Oct. 2003.Both of them are still pending. Is it considered concurrent-filing or non-concurrent-filing.
by the way, it is Nebraska Center.
