发现 一处新旧置顶“手把手填485 和325A” 明显不同：

485 第二页：Have you ever before applied for the permanent resident status in the U.S.?

新的手把手认为只要交了 140 的统统填 “是”
旧的手把手认为只要交过 485的统统填 “是”

Does this mean all EB class so long as I-140 approved or I-140 pending should say "Yes" here?

Follow 旧的手把手 的人会有麻烦吗？
