Please help I-94 #.....Thank very much

I entered US in 2005 with J2 visa with a I-94#. Last year I received H1b with a I-94# from NSC, but I never travel outside USA, so I do not have white I-94#. In this case, What I-94# should I file in Form I-485? Thans_:'(
