关于公证问题请教大家

各位好！

关于公证问题请教大家。我们夫妻目前手头只有一份老公在国内办理的结婚公证。而在递交140和485时，需要老公的两份，老婆一份。请问在国内办理的结婚公证可以在美国复印并公证，在申请中使用吗？我们在大学里面，去那个部门办理呢？
