律师说得玄乎其玄，小白兔请解读

"If you depart the US without first obtaining an Advance Parole, you may abandon your application for permanent residence. Do not leave the US or make any plans to do so without calling and talking with us first."

这好像与本坛大家说的不一样。好像看到过有人485 pending，没有申请AP而持H签证旅行的？这律师说的对吗？
