找你们Payroll,填Form843, for years 1, and 2. 他们会另外给你写封信,是给IRS看的,大致内容是
Dear XXX,
We understand that you want to ask for a redfund of Social Security tax and Medicare tax. Because the tax return file time was over, we are pleased to show the IRS you are qulify for the asked refund of $2345 for year 2004.
