Pjiang or XiaoBaitu or any experts,本人申请EB1b，若干问题求教各位热心的大侠、尊敬的老师：

1、 140几天前刚递上去，目前情形下是没法等140的Receipt Notice就得递485了。请问如何将485与刚递上去还没收到Receipt Notice的140Link到一起？急等回复！！
2、 如果在递485的同时没有申请EAD，那么在等待485期间，可否申请EAD?
3、 3年前办理J1豁免时曾经由FBI作过安全背景检查，请问与NC性质一样吗？能否提及那次检查让FBI确认以加快NC进度？
4、 请教140的审批顺序：是单纯按收件先后，还是在按优先类别的前提下按收件先后？更明确地说，就是想知道目前情形对EB1类140的审批进度有什么影响？
5、 最后请教485的审批顺序：NC是完全按485收件先后还是同时考虑优先类别？NC之后，是按140的收件先后还是按485的收件先后以及是否以优先类别为前提处理485？也就是想知道，EB1类的485审批是否也被这次移民局的大忽悠拖下水，要熬上N年才有结果？
计划永远赶不上变化！一团乱麻，恐惧啊！
