it's the time for you to find a solution，and it's helpless to complain, regret, or panic. Actually it's only three months off the job and also you have EAD-renew delay and baby two reasonable excuses, even three months is still reasonable grace time. You have big chance to win unless the IO is very strange person. I talked with IOs before, I think most of them personally are considerable. see my feedback for my suggestions for your first post. good luck!
