XIAOBAITU & Expert -- Please help. I-485 Approved

I received an auto email notice saying that my I-485 approved yesterday. My wife obtained an H-4 VISA in singapore before the I-485 approval and thinking of coming soon. Is her H-4 still valid now? Does she still have the possibility to file Adjustment of Status? We got married before the I-485 approval.

If she can not file the Adjustment of Status, can she go for the consular processing in US embassy in Singapore? If so, what kind of document should I prepare for her?
