急问各位专家 Lose job because of EAD renew delay

Will my 485 be denied during interview? It is USCIS's fault since my EAD renew has been over 120 days. Will have interview on 08/07. No job & hard to find a job without EAD card. Any advice & suggestion or there's no chance at all?
