Asking about AP ?

I-140 approved (PD April 2006). If file I-485 now. How long can I get my AP? Since I plan to visit my parents in the middle of November this year. (They can not travel here due to health issue.) Does it say that AP should be approved within three months if I-485 pending? Thank you for your help!
