concurrent filing I-485 & I-824 or wait file I824 after I-485 ap

Could anybody share experience on filing I-824 for beneficiary?
1. Does filing I-824 for beneficiary after primary application's I -485 approved takes longer than cconcurrent filing I-824 and I -485?

2. If file together, will it be difficult for beneficiary get H-4 visa stamp before I-824 is processed?
