Xiaobaitu or other experts: TB Test positive, no x-ray

I did TB test, and it is positive. But to meet july 2nd deadline, my doctor didn't request x-ray for me. I took medicine before in China, som, the doctor just put remark showing that I took medicine before. He told me this will be OK, but worse case is that I will get Ref for x-ray. Then, he signed the documents, and sealed it. Can USCIS reject my 485 latter based on no x-ray taken? Or once doctor approved the medical examination, they will only request for ref if they need my x-ray. Thanks.I just want to know whether I should ask x-ray again. (my application is on my lawyer side now)
