请问小白兔: 这种情况正常吗?

接到电话说FBI一个工作人员应STATE DEPARTMENT (TX) 的要求要面试我.我问为什么, 回答说并不知道, 只是因为STATE DEPARTMENT 要求( 随机选的). 此工作人员还说只是一般的见面,可以在我的单位,家中,或象STARBUCK'S COFFEE等的地方.要问的问题也只是确认一下工作及家庭成员情况.

这种情况正常吗? 这是大家所说的背景调查吗? 若是的话, 可就有点奇怪了. 因为我的I-485到现在未收到RECEIPT呢.
