about H4 please help!

I am a H4 and studing in US. I want to go back to China to apply for H4. I recently changed from F2 to H4. I am currently studying business. In 156 form, will you intend to study in the US. I must write yes and write down my university name. Will this affect my H4 visa approval? My undergraduate major is engineering back in China several years ago? Will I be cheched? Could someone help me answer these questions?
