1. no，not the same time.
2.based on my wife's h1, it will expire august next year.
3. yes, you are right, that is h4 visa expire date, they might have made a mistake,but i have realize that the first day my son came here, and have try at the boder of nebraska airport to correct it, but refused because they think that is not their responsibility and recommend me to file 1539 immediately. and i did so with the consequence you have see.
