急问J1 waiver 材料

申请 J1 waiver 除了 data sheet 和中国使馆的 No Objection Statement 外 还需要寄什么材料给美方？美方给的 Direction 似乎只要一封Statement和 IAP-66 的复印件。其他签证，护照， I-94 卡的复印件，老板的推荐信都没要求。那为什么以前有人发贴说要寄这些材料啊？ 满脑雾水！！求过来人指点。多谢！！我是J1来美国，现以转为F1。
