移民局最可能的结果

我认为目前所谓移民局会接受JULY FILING 并给EAD和AP， 纯属谣言，理由很简单，
如果我们有这些优惠，那么那些I-130批了的，在美国内外等排期的公民兄弟姐妹，
永久居民配偶岂不更有理由马上要签证和工卡了？美国移民政策岂不大乱！
最可能的结果是移民局给7月2日FILE 的人PAYMENT VOUCHER， 等他们能FILE 的时
候，不用按新标准付费。
