No,你的60天grace period已经被你在毕业时用掉了。I was told by our school's ISC that the totally 14 months will be calculated from the last day of the quarter/semester that you finished your study. It doesn't matter you use the 60 days grace period before or after your OPT.That is,you can chose to use the 60 days grace period either before your OPT or after your OPT, but the total period you can live in the State after you graduate is 14 months from the day you graduate from the school.
