245i repealed less than 2 yrs

245i was repealed less than 2 years ago. so when your friend applied for his mom, they could still rely on 245i. now that 245i has been repealed, if someone has been out of status for almost a year, he/she will be deported even if he/she has a citizen child sponsoring him/her for greencard.
