Extra attorney fee with 485 filing

Hi,

My lawyer said he will charge us $2000 additional ATTORNEY fee (NOT Filing fee) assocated with the 485 filing for their "extra resource spending on it" after USCIS's revision notice. SO SUCK! Has anybody mailed out their application during this period (in July) were charged extra as well?
