We have no updates on anything, including the 2nd FP before the approvals, so they were really big surprise to us.

I did check my status on NC last Monday, but it wasn’t clear then so the lady helped me to make a request why it takes so long. BTW, the gentleman and lady answered my phone were both very polite and nice to me. My hu*****and didn’t even bother to check his NC status.
